What we can make for you
Four ways to buy from a factory that has been cutting, edging and assembling in Israel since 1932.
Four routes in
The plant is the same in each case. What changes is who we deal with and how the work reaches its final home.
Carcass production
You sell and install; we build. Carcasses cut, drilled and edged to your specification, delivered flat-pack or assembled.
For workshops with more work than floor space, and for carpenters who would rather spend their time on site than on a nesting machine.
Building projects
Cabinetry and fit-out supplied directly into construction and renovation contracts — kitchens, storage, reception and joinery across a whole building.
Working from your architect's drawings, to a programme you set.
Stonewood
Vanity and laundry units with basins cut and formed in porcelain and Corian — including shapes and sizes that are not in anyone's catalogue.
Sold through retail and online partners.
Writing surfaces
Writing boards and pinboards for schools, colleges and offices, as Israeli agent for PolyVision.
Framed, sized and finished on a dedicated line.
Materials and tolerances
Specify the board and we run it. Four plants mean a project can be quoted in more than one material without any part of it going outside.
Melamine, MDF, laminate and veneered board — any engineered panel you specify. Nesting, beam saw, six-side drilling, and two industrial edgebanders.
Five-axis waterjet cutting, profiling, bevel finishing and thermoforming. Custom basins and worktops, not catalogue sizes.
Planed, finger-jointed and laminated into panel, then machined on a five-axis CNC. Produced at our plant in Pune and shipped worldwide.
±0.5 mm across the process, 32 mm system drilling, and hardware-compatible out of the box.
Two spray booths in Israel and dual positive-pressure booths in Pune, for colour-matched and high-gloss work.
Two weeks, from approval
The lead time is a standard rather than a hope, and the reason is that the drawing and the machine are the same file.
A model, a dimensioned drawing, or standard sizes off the shelf. The more precise the input, the faster the quote.
Your project is built in Infurnia — cloud-native BIM, so you are in the model on any device rather than waiting on a PDF. Fusion 360 handles the geometry that needs it.
What you sign off is the file that goes to the floor. Design approved plus payment agreed starts the clock.
Cutting lists, board layouts, drilling programs and part tags come from that model. Nothing is re-drawn by hand, which is where dimensional error normally enters.
Flat-pack or assembled, to your site or your workshop.
Send us the drawing
Whether it is a single run of carcasses or a full fit-out, the fastest way to a price is a model or a dimensioned drawing. We will tell you what it costs and when it ships.
